1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 788rp Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 788rp enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in line with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Indonesian market. Any User found to be under 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and winnings forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not been self-excluded from 788rp or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 788rp or any of its software, data, or payment service providers.
• You understand and accept that online gambling may be legally restricted in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you reside.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 788rp Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 788rp reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, suspend all associated accounts, and void any winnings generated across them.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate and up to date at all times by contacting customer support.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication code with any other person. 788rp will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). 788rp is required to verify the identity of all Account holders prior to processing any withdrawal request, and reserves the right to request verification at any earlier stage. Acceptable KYC documents include:

• A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport;
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account registered in your name).

3.5 Verification Timeframe. 788rp aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. 788rp is not liable for any delays caused by incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent documentation submitted by the User.

3.6 Right to Refuse Registration. 788rp reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 788rp Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No currency conversion fees are applied.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 788rp currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 788rp reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfer transactions. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to the Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks are generally processed within one to three minutes during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). 788rp is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.5 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method held in the User's legal name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. For fully verified accounts, withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes; processing times may extend up to 24 hours in exceptional circumstances, including during system maintenance or periods of elevated transaction volume.

4.6 Zero Fees. 788rp does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own service charges, for which 788rp accepts no responsibility.

4.7 Source of Funds. By depositing, you confirm that all funds in your Account are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 788rp reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds at any time.

4.8 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. 788rp reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 against the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Users will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General. 788rp offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and special event promotions tied to Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and the Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotional page and take precedence over these general bonus terms in the event of conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Bonus funds must be wagered in full before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

5.3 One Bonus Per Account. Only one bonus offer may be active in a User's Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously, or circumventing the single-bonus restriction by creating additional accounts, is a prohibited practice and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

5.4 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games (including Evolution Gaming Baccarat, Live Blackjack, and Lightning Roulette) typically contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates are published in the full bonus terms for each promotion.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire as stated in the individual promotion's terms. 788rp reserves the right to remove any expired bonus and associated pending winnings from an Account without notice.

5.6 Abuse Prevention. 788rp employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage strategies, use of robotic play, account collusion, and exploitation of software errors. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonus funds forfeited, winnings voided, and the Account suspended or permanently closed.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play. All games available on the 788rp Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Crash game results, including Spribe's Aviator, are provably fair and verifiable by Users via the published hash-verification method accessible from within the game interface.

6.2 Accepted Wagers. A wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 788rp system. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection occurring after a wager is confirmed but before the outcome is determined, the wager will be settled based on the outcome recorded in 788rp's server logs, which constitute the definitive record.

6.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, All England badminton, Mobile Legends MPL, and MotoGP — are governed by the specific sport and market rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to all-legs-must-win rules unless otherwise stated. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the published handicap rules.

6.4 Obvious Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcome, or settlement (including but not limited to technical glitches, human error, or data feed failures), 788rp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the User's Account. 788rp's decision in such cases is final.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within the game or market interface prior to wagering and may vary by game provider, market type, and Account tier.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 788rp Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play strategy designed to exploit the Platform's systems or other players;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Creating accounts in false names, using stolen identity documents, or misrepresenting your identity in any way;
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to 788rp support immediately upon discovery;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communication with 788rp staff or other platform users via any channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory by use of a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions, deposit limits, self-exclusion periods, or account closure decisions imposed by 788rp.

788rp reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, void all pending and settled wagers, forfeit all Account balances, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 788rp Platform — including but not limited to the 788rp brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compilation of content — is the property of 788rp or its licensors (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Spribe, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited Licence. 788rp grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content.

8.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of 788rp. Unauthorised use of any 788rp intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Availability. 788rp strives to maintain platform availability of 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 788rp's control.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 788rp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Cap on Liability. 788rp's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

9.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.5 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited. 788rp is not responsible for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm resulting from your decision to gamble on the Platform.

10 Privacy

788rp collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including your name, date of birth, address, national identity number, and payment information — is used solely for the purposes of account management, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the provision of customer support. 788rp does not sell personal data to third parties.

11 Termination

11.1 Closure by User. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 788rp customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your nominated verified payment method within five business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Closure by 788rp. 788rp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, or at 788rp's sole business discretion. In cases of suspected fraud or AML activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

11.3 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination of these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 788rp's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact 788rp customer support to seek an informal resolution. 788rp will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

12.3 Amendments. 788rp reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

12.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 788rp in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
